Enhanced System Lifecycle

Through regular onsite conditioned based maintenance programs, plant and equipment failure and system downtime will be kept to a minimum whilst promoting the long-term lifecycle of the Building Energy Management System (BEMS) and associated Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) plant.

Remote Bureau Support & Critical Alarm Handling

Through our secure remote access portal direct to the sites BEMS controller or your Front End Operators Terminal we shall carry out diagnostic checks, adjust parameters to ascertain the cause of failure and ensure that the performance of your HVAC system are kept operational to its maximum efficiency and the environmental comfort conditions are maintained.

Environmental Conditions

The BEMS typically forms the main integral part of the operation of your site’s environment, when maintained correctly will not only enhance the comfort levels and working conditions by delivering the desired temperatures but has also proven to increase levels of productivity throughout all seasonal conditions.
